We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer for Industrial Packaging Machinery to join our team The individual will be responsible for identifying repairing installations and resolving technical queries Resposibilities Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to machine systems software and hardware Visit customer sites to perform installation maintenance and repair tasks Train and guide customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment Maintain accurate records of all services performed Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interaction Requirements ITI and equivalent technical background diploma certification 3-5 years technical service experience Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results in a rapid-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and collaborative approach Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience packaging machines 3 years Required Work Location In person
