Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with hands-on HR experience to manage end-to-end human resources operations The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and organizational development Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll coordination and exits Develop and implement HR policies SOPs and compliance frameworks Manage employee relations grievance handling and disciplinary actions Oversee performance management processes and appraisal cycles Ensure statutory compliance PF ESI labor laws contracts audits Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy Drive employee engagement retention and culture initiatives Manage training development programs and learning plans Maintain accurate HR records MIS reports and documentation Act as a point of contact between management and employees Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Min 4 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role Strong knowledge of labor laws statutory compliance and HR best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Experience in handling recruitment across multiple roles Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Skills Experience in IT Startup Corporate environments Strong organizational and multitasking skills How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via Indeed or share their updated resume with a cover letter to hr foxiom com Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
