Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce B Com M Com or Finance Fresh graduates with B Com M Com BBA or BBM degrees are welcome to apply Preferably 0-1 year of experience in financial accounting Must be proficient in Tally accounting software Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Roles and Responsibilities Record and reconcile daily cash transactions and online payments Maintain complete documentation for all purchases of materials supplies and services for the property Track property-related expenses on a daily weekly and monthly basis Handle petty cash operations ensuring correct usage and timely replenishment Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial reports including income expenses and cash flow statements Ensure compliance with local tax requirements including timely payment of property tax service tax and other statutory dues Assist with GST TDS and other statutory compliance activities Maintain accurate ledgers for utilities maintenance and related expenses Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely bill settlement and resolve discrepancies Track property assets furniture equipment appliances and keep depreciation records updated Implement and oversee internal financial controls to prevent fraud theft or misuse of funds Accurately record all maintenance and repair expenditures Support the preparation and submission of financial documents for audits and tax filings Maintain detailed petty cash records and receipts for all minor expenses Prepare and submit expense reports with required documentation and approvals Conduct regular inventory checks to reduce wastage and ensure timely replenishment of supplies Keep accurate records of guest payments advance bookings and refunds when applicable Job Type Full time Pay 16 500 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Kochi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Tally 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
