The Service Captain is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations on the restaurant floor The role involves supervising service staff maintaining service standards handling guest interactions and coordinating with the kitchen and management to deliver an excellent dining experience Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations Ensure proper table allocation guest seating and service flow Lead guide and monitor stewards service staff during shifts Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality etiquette Handle guest feedback concerns and complaints professionally Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order execution Ensure grooming hygiene and uniform standards of service staff Monitor service readiness including cutlery crockery mise-en-place and station setup Support billing order punching and POS accuracy when required Ensure compliance with company SOPs food safety and hygiene standards Assist in opening and closing procedures of the outlet Report operational issues staff concerns and guest feedback to management Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and team-handling ability Guest-focused approach with problem-solving skills Good knowledge of food beverage service standards Ability to work in shifts weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing processes Qualifications Experience Minimum 10 2 Diploma Graduate Hospitality preferred 2-5 years of experience in food beverage service Prior experience as a Senior Steward GSA Captain preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
