Contact Number (phone hidden) Job Summary The Jigs Fixtures Design Engineer is responsible for designing developing and improving jigs fixtures gauges and tooling solutions to support production machining welding and assembly operations The role requires solid expertise in CAD design manufacturing processes and problem-solving to ensure high precision safety and productivity Key Responsibilities Design and develop jigs fixtures gauges and tooling for machining welding fabrication and assembly processes Create 3D models 2D drawings BOMs and technical documentation using CAD software SolidWorks AutoCAD Creo etc Conduct feasibility studies to understand manufacturing requirements tolerances and functional needs Collaborate with production quality and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and ensure design compatibility Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure designs meet GD T standards Maintain documentation design records and revision control Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of jig fixture design machining processes and manufacturing methods Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks AutoCAD NX or Creo Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skill Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
