Job Title Project Coordinator cum Estimation Engineer Location Kochi Salary 45 000 - 50 000 per month based on experience Qualification B Tech in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 5 years Joining Immediate Travel Willingness to travel as required Job Summary We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Project Coordinator cum Estimation Engineer to support and manage civil construction projects from planning through execution The role involves close coordination with project teams accurate cost estimation monitoring project progress and ensuring timely reporting to management Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Coordinate with project managers site engineers contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project schedules milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion Prepare and maintain project documentation progress reports and status updates for senior management Facilitate communication between clients consultants and internal teams Estimation Cost Control Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and material take-offs based on drawings and specifications Analyze tenders vendor quotations and subcontractor bids for accuracy and competitiveness Monitor project costs and support budget control to minimize deviations and cost overruns Assist in preparation of variation orders and final cost reports Site Technical Support Conduct site visits to assess progress quantities and compliance with drawings and specifications Support site teams with technical clarifications and coordination as required Ensure adherence to quality safety and regulatory standards Key Requirements B Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator cum Estimation Engineer Solid knowledge of civil construction processes estimation methods and cost control Proficiency in MS Excel MS Project AutoCAD and relevant estimation software Excellent coordination communication and reporting skills Willingness to travel to project sites as required Immediate joiners preferred Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail with a structured and professional approach to work Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
