Location - South Bopal Site-based Real Estate Construction Project -Role Summary The Project Engineer will be responsible for execution coordination and monitoring of construction activities at site ensuring work is carried out as per drawings specifications quality standards timelines and safety norms -Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and schedule Coordinate with contractors subcontractors consultants and vendors Ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards Monitor work progress and report daily weekly status to Project Manager Management Prepare and verify measurements BOQs and site records Ensure material availability and coordinate with procurement team Implement safety practices and maintain site discipline Resolve site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions Ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines Support planning billing and handover activities -Required Qualifications Skills Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering 5-10 years of experience in real estate construction projects Strong understanding of RCC finishing and site execution Ability to read and interpret drawings Knowledge of quality safety and construction methods Positive communication and coordination skills Proactive energetic and result-oriented attitude -Preferred Experience Residential Commercial Redevelopment Projects Experience in mid-to-large scale real estate developments Reporting To Project Manager Director Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
