About Us We are a growing civil engineering firm specializing in residential and commercial construction projects With a strong focus on quality safety and timely delivery our company provides comprehensive construction solutions from planning to execution We take pride in delivering reliable and high-quality services that meet client expectations while maintaining the highest professional and technical standards Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure smooth execution of projects The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of construction processes excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage labour materials and schedules effectively The role also involves close coordination with Site Engineers and project management to ensure progress aligns with quality safety and time targets Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction work at site and ensure adherence to design quality and safety standards Assist in planning daily work schedules and allocating manpower and materials efficiently Coordinate with Site Engineers contractors vendors and labour teams for uninterrupted workflow Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks as per project deadlines Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports attendance and material usage records Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage Oversee labour productivity discipline and compliance with site safety protocols Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards Report site updates challenges and material requirements promptly to project management Support the Site Engineer in achieving project goals and ensuring client satisfaction Required Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution 1-5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial construction projects Sound understanding of construction methods materials and quality standards Solid site coordination labour supervision and communication skills Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings Good problem-solving and on-site decision-making abilities Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Pune Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
