Construction Head The Construction Head is responsible for overall leadership and management of construction projects ensuring timely safe and cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards This role involves planning resource allocation team management and collaboration with stakeholders to drive successful project execution across multiple sites Key Responsibilities Lead the planning coordination and execution of all construction activities from start to finish Develop and manage project budgets schedules and resource allocation to meet project goals Oversee onsite and offsite construction operations ensuring compliance with health safety and buliding regulations Manage subcontractors suppliers and construction teams providing direction and resolving issues Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and safety standards Liaise with architects engineers clients and government officials to align project objectives Handle contract negotiations procurement of materials and ensure contractual obligations are met Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring timely resolution of delays or disruptions Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders Foster a culture of high performance safety and continuous improvement within the construction team Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field Extensive experience typically 20 years in construction management with proven leadership skills Strong knowledge of construction methods safety practices and regulatory compliance Excellent project management communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with construction management software and tools Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 208 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
