Business Strategy Band 4A 4B Reporting To VP Strategy Supervising Nil Department Strategy ROLE SUMMARY The role involves leading the Program Office and working closely with Max Life CxOs especially with CEO and CFO as well as Max Life Board and Shareholders This is a high visibility role which requires a detail task project-oriented person who can assume a variety of roles and responsibilities in the areas of Program Management and Strategic Problem solving The candidate will play a critical role in the driving company s strategy and support growth and profitability aspirations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Board and Shareholder Management o Preparing and presenting periodic performance updates to board and shareholders on quarterly financials forecasts budget and future focus areas Key responsibilities include Storyboarding defining performance narrative that CEO should present Conducting required data analysis for the update and seeking required update details from the business and functional leaders Act as the conduit between internal organization and Board for disseminating and driving progress on actionables focus areas arising out of board meeting o Defining engagement strategy with board and shareholder to foster trust and co-operation between board and Max Life leadership as well as to seek adequate guidance on strategic guidance o End-to-end ownership of conducting strategy workshops with board shareholders which will include agenda planning preparation of prioritized strategy discussion documents in collaboration with senior leadership and program managing the actual workshop conduct Drive Strategic Planning Process o Support CEO in driving planning process to define short medium long term strategy o Preparing forward looking business guidance including Assessment of key trends and drivers -
