About Bidaal Bidaal is an AI-IoT startup founded by IIT Kharagpur graduates focused on building advanced AI-driven solutions for heavy industries such as Mining Oil Gas Steel Plants Manufacturing Units Airports and large industrial infrastructure Our platform improves workplace safety productivity and regulatory compliance through in house technologies powered by Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence and IoT At Bidaal we work on real-world industrial problems deploying AI systems at scale in challenging environments If you are eager to grow as a computer vision engineer and want hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade AI solutions this is the right place for you About the Role We are looking for a Junior Computer Vision Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about building practical computer vision solutions This role is ideal for someone who writes clean structured and well-documented code learns quickly and is comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving startup environment You will work closely with senior engineers gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of CV systems from experimentation to production deployment Roles Responsibilities Develop implement and optimize computer vision and deep learning models for tasks including o Object detection classification and segmentation o Object tracking and OCR o Image-based and 3D reconstruction use cases Write clean modular reusable and well-documented code following best software engineering practices Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Perform data preprocessing annotation validation and dataset management to support model training and evaluation Run experiments evaluate model performance and prepare performance metrics and reports Support the integration of CV models into production pipelines and edge deployments where required Stay updated with latest trends tools and research in computer vision and deep learning Adapt quickly to new problem statements and projects across different industrial domains Who Are You Experience 2-3 years of hands-on experience working on computer vision or deep learning projects Core Technical Skills o Robust understanding of fundamental computer vision concepts image processing classical CV techniques feature extraction o Experience with PyTorch and or TensorFlow o Proficiency in Python OpenCV NumPy and related libraries Model Familiarity o Object Detection YOLO Faster R-CNN SSD or similar o Segmentation U-Net Mask R-CNN or similar o Exposure to tracking or OCR is a plus Engineering Mindset o Ability to write clean maintainable and well-documented code o Familiarity with Git and version control workflows o Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Work Style o Comfortable working on multiple or rapidly evolving projects o Flexible proactive and growth-oriented mindset Model Optimization Exposure o Basic understanding or exposure to ONNX TensorRT or quantization techniques Good to Have Experience deploying CV models on edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson or Raspberry Pi Basic familiarity with cloud platforms AWS or similar Interest in performance optimization for real-time inference What We Offer Salary As per industry standards based on experience role fit Working Days 6 days a week Onsite in Noida Culture Opportunity to work on large-scale real-world industrial computer vision deployments Collaborative culture with highly skilled engineers and cross-functional teams High ownership autonomy and freedom to experiment and innovate Learning Potential Exposure to advanced AI infrastructure edge computing and enterprise-grade systems Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
