of Manager - Printing Card Body About Company Mobismart is a complete end-to-end smart card solutions provider for the banking retail healthcare and telecom industries Our efficiency excellence and ethics make us an ideal choice for clients who require smart secure solutions Mobismart produces magnetic striped cards and smart cards where the security element can have a contact contactless or dual interface with features customized as per the client s needs and requirements We also offer packaging and fulfillment services - with quick turnaround times and excellent customer service We are in the process of hiring Manager - Printing Card Body Immediate Joiner Preferred Manager - Printing Card Body Smart Card Manufacturing Industry The Manager - Printing Card Body is responsible for overseeing end-to-end card body manufacturing operations ensuring production efficiency quality compliance cost control and timely delivery in line with organizational and customer requirements Key Roles Responsibilities Production Operations Plan organize and manage card body manufacturing operations to meet daily weekly and monthly production targets Ensure smooth operation of card body processes including lamination punching printing coordination and finishing Optimize machine utilization manpower allocation and workflow efficiency Monitor production KPIs such as yield rejection downtime and productivity Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards ISO customer specifications internal SOPs Implement and monitor quality control checks at all stages of card body production Investigate defects rejections and customer complaints drive corrective and preventive actions CAPA Ensure compliance with EHS and industry regulations Process Improvement Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives Lean Six Sigma Kaizen Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to improve process stability and equipment performance Support current product introduction NPI trials and validation Team Management Lead mentor and develop supervisors technicians and operators Conduct performance reviews training needs analysis and skill development programs Ensure discipline attendance and adherence to safety and operational guidelines Inventory Cost Control Monitor raw material WIP and finished goods inventory related to card body production Minimize material wastage scrap and rework Support cost-reduction initiatives and budget adherence Coordination Reporting Coordinate with planning supply chain QA maintenance and teams Prepare and present production quality and efficiency reports to management Support audits internal customer regulatory Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of card body manufacturing processes in smart card industry Hands-on experience and specialized knowledge in KBA Waterless Offset printing processes Leadership and people-management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with SAP systems Commendable knowledge of shade matching and ink mixing Good communication and coordination skills Qualifications Experience Diploma in Printing Technology or Bachelor s degree in Printing Technology Engineering 8-12 years of experience in smart card manufacturing with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role Exposure to ISO standards PCI-CP standards audits and customer compliance requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
