Key Responsibilities o Lead all R D initiatives related to materials production processes and manufacturing equipment across departments and product lines o Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement cost reduction and quality enhancement o Plan execute and monitor pilot runs for new processes layouts machines and automation solutions o Implement Lean Manufacturing and Cellular Manufacturing systems to improve efficiency and reduce waste o Work closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure recommendations are practical and production-friendly o Drive data-based decision-making through systematic data collection analysis and reporting o Support and guide initiatives aimed at achieving 50 automation of production lines within the defined timeline o Ensure all improvements are sustainable and aligned with organizational objectives Required Experience Skills o 15-17 years of overall manufacturing experience preferably in wallets bags and accessories o Strong hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing systems o Solid practical knowledge of Cellular Manufacturing systems o Extremely thorough technical understanding of wallets bags and accessory production Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
