We are looking for a highly creative and fast-paced UI Graphic Designer to support a wide range of design needs across the organization This role combines visual design UI design and content creation supporting both internal initiatives and select external client projects Key Responsibilities Design visually compelling assets for websites social media marketing campaigns pitch decks and presentations Create high-quality creative materials that strengthen and elevate the company s brand identity across all touchpoints Collaborate with occasional external clients to translate business goals into clear engaging and effective design solutions Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver designs efficiently even with limited guidance Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries where appropriate Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a quick-paced environment Required Skills Qualifications Expert-level proficiency in Figma Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and After Effects mandatory Strong portfolio showcasing visual design UI design and creative problem-solving skills Proven ability to convert vague or high-level inputs into polished production-ready designs Excellent understanding of layout typography composition and color theory Ability to work quickly without compromising on design quality Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-moving environment with changing priorities Job Type Full-time Pay 8 500 000 00 - 9 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location Hybrid remote in Bengaluru Karnataka
