Job Title Academic Counsellor Job Summary - We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions The role involves counselling students explaining programs handling admissions-related queries and supporting students throughout their academic journey Key Responsibilities - Counsel students and parents on academic programs courses and career pathways Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs Handle inquiries via calls emails WhatsApp and walk-ins Assist students with the admission and enrollment process Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM ERP systems Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion and enrolment Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding Provide ongoing academic guidance and address student concerns Meet assigned counselling and enrolment targets Participate in seminars webinars and career guidance sessions Required Skills Qualifications - Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline Education background preferred Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance Basic knowledge of academic programs career options and admissions processes Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Target-driven with a student-centric approach Preferred Skills - Prior experience in academic counseling admissions or ed-tech sales Experience handling students and parents Multilingual skills are an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
