Job descriptionCompany Description GiftAbled is an award-winning social enterprise incubated by IIM dedicated to creating an inclusive society by empowering People with Disabilities across various life aspects Offering services such as diversity hiring supplier diversity immersive sensitization workshops accessibility enhancement and CSR initiatives GiftAbled aims to drive impactful change The organization has a strong commitment to building opportunities in communities particularly benefiting those with disabilities in underserved regions To learn more visit their platforms GiftAbled Online Store and GiftAbled Foundation Role Description This is a part time online and two weeks onsite role based in Pune for a UI UX Trainer The UI UX Trainer will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate participants on UX design principles user interface design and industry-standard tools Responsibilities include creating training materials mentoring participants assessing their progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skillsets The trainer will collaborate with team members to ensure impactful knowledge transfer and learning outcomes Qualifications Expertise in UI UX design principles and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Adobe XD Figma Sketch or similar software Strong instructional skills including the ability to design training programs and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences Knowledge of user research usability testing wireframing and prototyping processes Experience working with or teaching individuals preferably with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to inspire and mentor learners to succeed in the UI UX domain Bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory Job Type Freelance Contract length 3 months Pay 500 00 - 700 00 per hour Expected hours 7 5 per week Work Location Remote
