data-driven decision-making Lead and participate in digital project management ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives from inception to completion Develop and maintain robust information security measures and protocols across all enterprise systems Utilize scripting for automation system administration and data manipulation to enhance operational efficiency Perform relational data modelling to design and optimize database structures for various applications Manage source control and code management systems ensuring code quality version control and collaborative development Contribute to and implement strategies for service operations and resilience ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery Participate in system design discussions contributing understanding of enterprise IT landscapes Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices and their practical application in software development lifecycles Proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies for system performance monitoring and optimization Strong understanding of configuration management and continuous deployment release principles Experience with Digital Project Management methodologies and tools In-depth knowledge of Information Security best practices and risk management frameworks Advanced scripting skills e g Python PowerShell Bash for automation and system administration Solid experience in relational data modelling and database design Proficiency with source control and code management systems e g Git Azure DevOps Understanding of service operations and resilience concepts including incident management and problem resolution Experience in system design and architecture with the ability to translate business requirements into technical
