Roles Responsibilities Estimation Costing Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates for LV HV systems based on drawings BOQs and specifications Perform quantity take-offs for cables panels lighting earthing transformers DG sets etc Carry out rate analysis for materials labour and equipment Prepare and review BOQs cost sheets and budget estimates Develop project cost summaries margins and break-ups for management review Tendering Bidding Study tender documents specifications drawings and scope of work Identify technical and commercial deviations and clarify queries during pre-bid meetings Prepare tender submissions including technical documents and price bids Coordinate with procurement and vendors for quotation collection and evaluation Conduct comparative statements CS and recommend suitable vendors Technical Support Support design team with estimation-related inputs during the pre-bid stage Verify vendor drawings and technical specifications for cost impact Assist project teams in handling variations change orders and revised estimates Monitor estimated vs actual costs and provide variance analysis Coordination Documentation Coordinate with design procurement planning and execution teams Maintain estimation databases historical cost records and price libraries Ensure compliance with applicable IS IEC standards and client specifications Support management during negotiations and project finalization Key Skills Qualifications Degree Diploma in Electrical Engineering 5-10 years of relevant experience in electrical estimation Strong knowledge of electrical systems HV LV MEP coordination and EPC projects Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and estimation tools Good understanding of market rates vendor sourcing and cost control Strong analytical communication and coordination skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
