We seek a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will install maintain and repair our various products and equipment directly at customers sites Field Service Engineer responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems performing effective repairs and providing regular service maintenance They should be able to communicate and explain complex technical information to non-technical customers in an understandable way The role of the Field Service Engineer is to ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and efficient problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation of equipment and products Perform on-site preventive maintenance repair and calibration Diagnose technical problems and provide suitable solutions Perform troubleshooting of equipment on-site as well as in-house Train customers on equipment operations Maintain positive relationships with customers for future services Document service and installation actions by completing forms reports logs and records In case there is no service call they should do in-house service of equipment work on service improvement strategies as well as testing production in-process equipment Required Qualifications Proven work experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role Experience with diagnostic test and repair processes Strong understanding of technical aspects of machinery hardware and tools Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience Willingness to travel extensively Diploma Electronics Telecommunication Medical electronics Electrical engineering Bachelor of Engineering Electronics Electrical Bio-medical What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Growth and learning opportunities Supportive and inclusive work workplace Other perks like remote work health insurance etc Experience 1 to 2 Years Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 250 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
