Job Title Senior Accountant Accounts Executive 5-7 Years Experience Location C-Scheme Jaipur Company IWP - Indian Wedding Planners Industry Luxury Events Wedding Planning Event Management About the Role IWP - Indian Wedding Planners is looking for a highly experienced dependable and hands-on Accountant who can independently manage the company s complete accounting and compliance function This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced project-based business and can take full ownership of accounts compliance and payment timelines The candidate should be strong in Google Sheets Tally well-versed with GST TDS Income Tax and capable of managing invoicing vendor payments client collections and salary processing without constant supervision Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting records on Google Sheets and or Tally Ensure proper booking of all receipts payments expenses and adjustments Perform monthly reconciliations bank cash GST TDS GST TDS Statutory Compliance Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B reconciliation Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely TDS payments Coordinate and support Income Tax filings and assessments Ensure full compliance with government timelines and regulations Invoicing Receivables Generate client invoices as per contracts and event milestones Track client payment schedules and follow up for collections Maintain clear aging reports and outstanding summaries Vendor Payment Management Create and manage vendor payment timelines Ensure timely payments to vendors as per agreed terms Maintain vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies Payroll Internal Controls Manage salary processing and ensure on-time disbursements Maintain records related to payroll advances and reimbursements Assist management with monthly cash flow planning Reporting Coordination Prepare monthly MIS reports for management Share clear summaries of Cash position Payables receivables Tax liabilities Coordinate with external CA consultants when required Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance 5 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience Strong working knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax Google Sheets Excel Tally preferred Experience handling accounts independently Prior experience in services events project-based businesses is a plus Key Skills Attributes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong follow-up and timeline management Ability to work independently and responsibly Clear communication with management and vendors Well-organized disciplined and process-driven Trustworthy and discreet with financial data What We re Looking For A mature reliable accountant who wants long-term association Someone who can take ownership not just execute instructions A qualified who ensures accounts are always clean compliant and up-to-date Job Type Full-time On-site C-Scheme Office Jaipur Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
