Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Barista to join our restaurant team The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced dining environment This role supports the overall guest experience through efficiency cleanliness and teamwork Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee espresso and specialty beverages according to restaurant standards Operate and maintain espresso machines grinders and other beverage equipment Ensure consistency quality and presentation of all drinks Provide friendly attentive and professional customer service Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station Follow food safety sanitation and health regulations Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Handle guest requests questions and feedback courteously Qualifications Skills Previous barista or beverage service experience preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Robust communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
