in mobile analytics and cloud solutions Responsibilities o Lead and participate in SAP S 4HANA Retail implementation and roll-out projects covering SAP IS Retail and Customer Activity Repository CAR modules o Configure and customize SAP IS Retail functionality including Merchandise Management Assortment Planning Pricing Promotions and Store Operations in S 4HANA o Implement SAP CAR components such as POS Data Capture Retail Data Foundation RDF Replenishment Demand Forecasting and Promotion Data integration within SAP S 4HANA Retail o Collaborate with business users architects and technical teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with retail business goals o Support data migration process harmonization and integration of legacy retail systems into SAP S 4HANA with CAR o Perform system configuration integration testing and user acceptance testing UAT during implementation phases o Provide subject matter expertise on retail data flow from stores to SAP ERP via SAP CAR ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactional data o Troubleshoot resolve SAP IS Retail and CAR issues post go-live and provide end-user training and documentation o Advise on best practices standard SAP S 4HANA Retail processes and emerging SAP retail technologies o Work closely with ABAP technical teams on enhancements interfaces and reports related to retail operations o Deliver workshops and training sessions to internal teams and end-users Mandatory skill sets o Hands-on experience with SAP IS Retail and Customer Activity Repository CAR o Proven experience in SAP S 4HANA Retail implementation projects o Deep knowledge of retail business processes including merchandising pricing promotions sales replenishment forecasting and store operations o Expertise in configuring SAP CAR modules including POS Data Capture Replenishment Demand Forecasting and Retail Data Foundation RDF o Familiarity with SAP S 4HANA Retail architecture data models and standard functionalities o Experience integrating SAP CAR with S 4HANA and other store-level or third-party retail applications o Good understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution SD and Materials Management MM as applied to retail o Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions o Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams o Experience with SAP Fiori apps for retail is a plus o SAP Retail and CAR certifications highly desirable Preferred skill sets o Experience working within Agile implementation
