Role Inside Sales Executive Experience 1-2 Years Location Indore WFO A set of programs has been developed for children that focuses on interactive and enjoyable learning with the aim of bridging the growing divide between information-based and imaginative learning These programs have been empirically tested and are designed to incorporate the benefits of both learning approaches By emphasizing the importance of creativity emotional intelligence and imagination in a world that is increasingly driven by technology the courses provide a holistic approach to learning Programs and activities have been designed to be interactive and practical inspiring children to infuse their daily lives and academic activities with imagination and originality This is achieved by combining creative tools up-to-date art and scientific technology The initiative has made a significant impact reaching over 5 000 students across more than 30 schools with over 800 hours of workshops This milestone reflects a strong commitment to education and the enhancement of students skills and knowledge Roles and Responsibilities An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in the growth of the organization They are responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating product value to close sales Lead Generation and Qualification 1 Goal Effectively convert data inquiries and leads from schools into scheduled meetings or demos for the core team 2 Responsibilities Prospect research and identification Cold calling and email outreach Lead nurturing through calling email and other tools Qualifying leads based on the ideal customer profile 3 KPIs Number of outbound calls made per day week or month Number of emails sent per day week or month Lead conversion rate Leads qualified Leads contacted Average time to qualify a lead Sales Activity and Engagement 1 Goal Increase meaningful conversations and progress leads through the sales funnel 2 Responsibilities Understanding customer needs and requirements Closing sales and achieving quarterly and yearly target quotas Following up with leads and moving them through the sales funnel Researching prospects reaching the right decision-makers and selling offerings Maintaining and expanding the prospect database within an assigned territory 3 KPIs Number of meetings demos presentations conducted per week month Number of proposals sent per month Average call duration with qualified leads Requirements Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred but not compulsory Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships Ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations Fair understanding of the education sector experience selling vocational training courses to schools or colleges is an added advantage Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
