We are looking for Senior Quality Head who will be responsible for leading developing and maintaining the quality management system for all automotive filtration products air oil fuel cabin hydraulic etc This role ensures that products meet customer regulatory and industry standards particularly IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes supplier quality and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Management System Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System QMS in compliance with IATF 16949 ISO 9001 Lead external internal and customer audits manage corrective actions and closure Ensure compliance with OEM and Tier-1 customer-specific requirements 2 Product Process Quality Oversee quality assurance from prototype to production for automotive filters Approve product specifications control plans PFMEAs and PPAP submissions Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards Lead root-cause analysis using tools such as 8D 5 Why Ishikawa and DOE 3 Customer Quality Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues complaints and claims Manage customer scorecards warranty returns analysis and field performance monitoring Coordinate containment corrective actions and communication with OEM Tier-1 customers 4 Quality Control Inspection Manage incoming material inspection in-process quality checks and final product audits Ensure calibration capability analysis Cp Cpk and MSA studies are performed and maintained Implement and refine statistical process control SPC across production lines 5 Leadership Continuous Improvement Lead and mentor the quality engineering and inspection teams Promote a culture of quality problem-solving and waste reduction Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Job Type Full-time Pay 1 500 000 00 - 2 500 000 00 per year Perks Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Kalol Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Do you have experience in Automotive Filters Industry What is your current Notice Period Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
