Job Summary Dear Candidate Warm greetings from Birla Open Minds Pre School Budigere cross Bangalore Karnataka We have an immediate requirement for a Centre Head for our prestigious preschool The role involves developing the preschool philosophy looking at centre operations and management teacher and student care developing and maintaining relationships with parents working on resource management health and safety of the preschool general administration and maintaining the overall quality of the preschool Planning the curriculum to unfold in the centre preparing for curriculum review weeks assist teachers in smooth delivery of the curriculum planning for various events related to curriculum delivery staff management professional development of employees Responsibilities and Duties The role is to manage admin duties in a smooth manner which includes counselling admissions handling parent queries concerns academics operations marketing accounts logistics HR maintenance Holding presentations generating data base through various field promotional activities market research and competition analysis A hard task master and implementer to understand the whole academic plan Should convert the prospective parent inquiries into admissions by counselling or follow up Should be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls and should be responsible in handling a team Provide support in the procedure of admission -Clarify the doubts related to admission and school life in general Manage the data of visitors and admissions on daily basis and have to arrange school tour for prospective parents Evaluating the effectiveness of the programmer to inform future planning and resource needs Ensure that the teacher can understand the subject curriculum and progressing towards targets as well as their planning for their subject Monitoring teacher s performance as well as effectiveness in teaching Provide professional leadership and management for secure high quality environment Required Experience and Qualifications Should be good at MS - Office Internet Social Media Platforms Should have excellent Problem solving skills Tele-calling skills soft skills parent interaction Should be able to work with a Team and have supervisory skills Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power Candidate should be pleasant looking and must have expert communication skills Should be Service oriented attitude adaptable with school timings Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams Flexible patient creative Experience Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in the area of Center Head counselling Admin Student education management services Applicants from the school background will be added as an advantage Qualification Graduates Post-graduates with a pleasing personality and with excellent communication and marketing skills Note Only female candidates can apply Salary is not a bar for the right candidate Interested candidates can apply on Indeed or you can forward your resume to hr bomis-lbnagar com Job Types Full-time Walk-In Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
