Job Summary We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and a proven track record of driving IT projects from planning through execution and delivery 7 years of experience in IT project management Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management ITSM or CMDB Experience with project management tools such as MS Project JIRA or Smartsheet Agile Waterfall Methodologies PMP Certification Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for IT initiatives including planning execution monitoring and closure Lead the ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external vendors Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans timelines and resource allocations Facilitate regular project meetings track progress and proactively manage risks issues and dependencies Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements scope and quality standards Monitor and report on project performance metrics driving accountability and transparency Collaborate with technical teams business units and leadership to maintain project alignment with organizational goals Prepare and deliver project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership Qualifications 7 years of experience in IT project management Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile Waterfall or hybrid Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project JIRA or Smartsheet Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management ITSM or CMDB Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic workplace Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Certifications such as PMP PMI-ACP or equivalent are mandatory Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time EST Job Type Full-time Pay 2 400 000 00 per year Shift availability Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
