We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee and manage all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works for our high-rise residential projects including MIVAN structures The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely project execution Key Responsibilities Plan supervise and execute all MEP activities for the project Coordinate between site teams contractors and consultants to ensure smooth workflow Review MEP drawings technical specifications and BOQs Monitor installation testing and commissioning of Electrical HVAC Fire Fighting Plumbing STP WTP systems Ensure compliance with quality standards safety norms and project timelines Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues Manage MEP contractors evaluate work progress and certify bills Coordinate with civil teams for MIVAN-related MEP provisions Prepare daily weekly progress reports Support project handover activities Required Skills Qualifications B Tech Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 12 years of experience in MIVAN and high-rise residential projects Strong knowledge of MEP installations design coordination and site execution Valuable communication team management and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple contractors and fast-track project timelines Joining Immediate or within notice period For Queries WhatsApp 91 89777 49100 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
