Oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites including managing contractors supervising workers and ensuring project deadlines are met Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff workers and clients representing the owner or developer Prepare review and approve project schedules budgets and reports Collaborate with architects engineers and other construction specialists to develop and implement project plans and ensure quality control Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Evaluate and recommend building and construction materials as well as methods and techniques Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Btech from an accredited university At least 5 years of experience in construction industry Residencial Commercial in Kerala Strong project management and supervisory skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Auto Cad and other construction software is preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Advantages Commuter assistance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
