Adintors is an innovative application that connects brands and businesses to influencers and creators for effective brand promotion and marketing The application is designed to meet the needs of both businesses and creators For businesses we offer a wide range of features to help them identify and collaborate with the right content creator For creators we provide a streamlined way to find new brands to partner with and monetize their content We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager with 6 years of experience to handle daily accounting operations financial records and GST TDS compliance The role requires accuracy independence and coordination with internal teams and vendors Education B Com M Com CTC Based on skills and knowledge Industry Software Development Desired Candidate Profile Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records Record daily financial transactions and journal entries Prepare and verify invoices bills and payment vouchers Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance Help in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports up to finalization balance sheet Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records Assist during audits and compliance checks Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for financial matters Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures Guide and support accounting staff by coordinating activities and addressing queries Identify and reconcile financial discrepancies by analysing account information Robust knowledge of GST and TDS compliance Ensure financial data security through regular database backups Follow internal controls to maintain financial security Prepare payments by verifying supporting documentation and initiating disbursements Address inquiries related to accounting procedures by interpreting policies and regulations Prepare special financial reports by analysing and summarizing data and trends Maintain confidentiality of financial information and uphold organizational integrity Knowledge of international accounting is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
