Job Title Accounts Executive Accounts Officer Qualification B Com or above M Com CA-Inter preferred Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Roles Responsibilities Filing of statutory returns including GST PF ESI PT TDS TCS ensuring accuracy and timely compliance Preparation verification and maintenance of records related to Bank Guarantees BG HSS Letters of Credit LC and SWIFT transactions Processing payroll and salary-related activities including salary computation deductions payslips and statutory compliance Coordinating with Chartered Accountants CA for audits tax matters and timely filing of Income Tax Returns ITR Day-to-day bookkeeping including recording of vouchers journal entries sales purchases and expenses Bank reconciliation statements BRS and monitoring cash bank balances Maintaining accounts receivable and payable follow-ups for collections and vendor payments Assisting in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Supporting statutory audits internal audits and compliance reviews Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping as per company and regulatory standards Handling accounting software Tally ERP and maintaining data accuracy Keeping track of changes in taxation and statutory regulations and ensuring compliance Assisting management with financial data MIS reports and analysis as required Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance Hands-on experience with GST TDS PF ESI filings Proficiency in Tally ERP systems and MS Excel Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
