We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MBBS Gynecologist to join our innovative healthcare team In this role you will provide essential gynecological care and support to our patients while developing your skills in a collaborative environment Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients to diagnose and treat gynecological conditions Provide preventative health care services including annual examinations and screenings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history Perform surgical procedures as necessary ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices Educate patients about reproductive health family planning and preventive care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and refer patients to specialists when needed Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Required and Preferred Qualifications Required MBBS Doctor of Medicine MD or DGO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current gynecological practices and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Preferred Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on women s health Proficiency in electronic medical record EMR systems and familiarity with telemedicine practices Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Expertise in gynecological procedures and surgical techniques Familiarity with the latest advancements in women s health technologies Ability to effectively use EMR systems for patient documentation and management Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick medical decisions Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kolkata West Bengal Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
