Administrative Responsibility o Arranging support to other professionals like nurses Dietician Bio Medical Engineer and Physiotherapist o Writing letters and reports o Maintain patient records o Write the treatment in the case papers in detail o Complete all the duties assign by the consultant o Visit the Camps or any other Clinical duty assigned o Maintain Discipline in the wards Responsibility towards Patient care o Making a diagnosis o Fill the form of initial assessment o Giving General Guidance o Prescribing Medicine o Recommending Treatment o Conducting Minor Surgeries o Helping the consultant in the treatment and surgeries o Making Discharge of the Patient o Take round of the ward daily two times o arrange blood from the blood bank and with the help of nursing staff transfuse blood to the patients o Taking Blood Transfusion consent from the patient o Strictly follow the infection control practices in the wards OT and in ICCU o Assign proper task to the interns and check them time to time o At the time of Disaster take decisions in the absence of Unit in charge or Incident commander Training and development of the staff o Taking training to further develop skills o Attend all NABH trainings o Arrange and participate in skilled and social functions of the staff Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
