Job Responsibilities Project Supervision Oversee day-to-day on-site work to ensure designs are executed as per drawings and specifications Coordination Coordinate between designers contractors vendors and clients for smooth project flow Quality Control Ensure workmanship materials and finishes meet company standards Timeline Management Monitor progress maintain schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks Resource Management Supervise site labor track attendance and manage material usage and deliveries Site Documentation Maintain site reports daily progress updates and photographic records Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with site regulations Problem Solving Identify and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly Client Interaction Represent the company on-site and handle client queries professionally Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field 3-4 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-out or Construction projects Strong understanding of drawings BOQs and site measurement Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Excel and Project Documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple sites and meet tight deadlines Additional Requirements Adaptable to travel across project locations If the site work for the day is completed or if there is no site work you are required to report to the office and continue your duties from the office Candidates staying in Thane city will be preferred for this role Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month depending on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
