Job Title Operations Manager Location Kochi Company Webcardio www webcardio com Department Operations Reports to Head of Operations About the Company Webcardio is a leading health-tech company offering AI-powered cardiac monitoring solutions through wearable ECG technology Our mission is to transform cardiac care with real-time remote diagnostics Job Summary Webcardio is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations including logistics customer support service delivery inventory and cross-departmental coordination The ideal candidate will play a key role in scaling our operations improving efficiency and ensuring top-tier service quality Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations including Production device logistics dispatch and return coordination and reporting timelines oversee daily operations ensuring productive and effective function across all departments Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels coordinating with manufacturing and R D teams implementing process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance Develop and implement operational policies and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality Monitor inventory of devices and coordinate with supply chain logistics for timely restocking and distribution Oversee all aspects of import and export activities documentations for medical devices ensuring all transactions are compliant with relevant national and international regulations Coordinating with shipping agencies freight forwarders and customs brokers Vendor Negotiation for procurement of raw materials Team Leadership Lead and manage the operations team including support staff logistics coordinators and service technicians Set performance goals conduct regular reviews and ensure staff training and compliance with operational protocols Customer Support Coordination Oversee customer service processes ensuring high levels of satisfaction and issue resolution Collaborate with sales and account managers to address client-specific operational needs Compliance Risk Management Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Healthcare or related field Minimum 10 years of operations experience preferably in healthcare diagnostics or medtech Strong skills in logistics process improvement Lean Six Sigma team management and compliance Proficient in Excel CRM ERP tools and project management Preferred Experience in health-tech platforms and medical device operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 800 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person
