Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Senior HR professional to manage HR operations hiring employee engagement and compliance requirements within our IT environment The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment employee life cycle management and performance monitoring along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening coordinating interviews and closing positions for IT and support roles Manage onboarding induction and exit formalities ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience Maintain attendance leave records salary components and coordinate with payroll teams for monthly processing Support performance management cycles including probation reviews OKRs KPIs annual appraisals and documentation Maintain HR policies employee handbook and ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws PF ESI Shops Establishments Gratuity etc Foster strong employee relationships through regular communication conflict resolution and grievance handling Plan and execute employee engagement activities training initiatives and internal communication programs Maintain HR dashboards trackers reports and ensure timely documentation and record-keeping Partner with managers and leadership to support manpower planning and HR strategy alignment Promote a positive and inclusive work culture while supporting organizational growth Skills Competencies Required Strong experience in IT hiring and HR generalist functions Knowledge of statutory compliance HR documentation and labor regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work with minimal supervision Robust decision-making interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities Hands-on experience with HRMS ATS platforms and MS Office Excel PowerPoint Job Type Full-time Pay 30 662 57 - 40 941 75 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
