Job Title Site Supervisor - Interior Projects only Mumbai candidates to apply Location Mumbai India Job Type Full-time On-Site About the Role We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing and executing high-end interior projects The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion of work with attention to quality and detailing Key Roles Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring smooth execution of interior works Coordinate with contractors vendors and suppliers for material delivery and installation Verify drawings check measurements and ensure work is executed as per approved designs Cross-check BOQs Bill of Quantities with site execution and report discrepancies Monitor workforce productivity and ensure safety compliance at the site Maintain site progress records daily reports and update the project manager regularly Ensure high standards of quality finishes and detailing for luxury interiors Assist in resolving on-site challenges and provide timely solutions Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Interior Design or related field 8-10 years of experience in supervising residential interior projects Solid knowledge of materials finishes and site execution processes Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs Excellent communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
