Role Overview We are seeking a Media Content Team Lead to spearhead our digital media strategy and content initiatives This role combines media leadership content strategy and people management ensuring our EdTech brand scales efficiently while maintaining high-quality engagement with learners parents and educators Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Strategy Lead and mentor a team of Video Editors Video Graphers content writers and designers Own the end-to-end media funnel awareness acquisition engagement retention Set quarterly performance goals allocate budgets and drive KPIs CAC LTV organic growth engagement Align media content strategy with launches academic calendars and brand campaigns Oversee branding performance marketing and social media trends Content Strategy Writing Build and execute a content calendar titles blogs ads landing pages newsletters and video scripts Ensure content is aligned with learner journeys students parents professionals Maintain brand tone of voice across all platforms Qualifications Min 2 years of experience in digital media with at least 1 year in a team lead managerial role Exceptional writing storytelling skills Proficiency with Performance Marketing Trends Experience in EdTech e-learning preferred Leadership skills ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
