Job Summary Specifically from cable industry Male candidates We are looking for a senior professional with hands-on experience in testing quality inspection and customer handling for Low Tension LT Cables specifically for applications in Railway Signalling Power Control and Instrumentation The candidate must be able to lead a team manage internal and external inspections and ensure strict compliance with quality standards and customer specifications Key Responsibilities Lead the Testing Inspection team and oversee daily quality operations Manage customer inspections ensuring readiness and compliance with contract specifications Supervise type testing routine testing and special testing of LT cables as per IS IEC EN standards Coordinate with customers such as Indian Railways BHEL NTPC PGCIL L T and third-party inspectors RITES DQA TPIA Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports test certificates calibration records etc Troubleshoot technical quality issues and provide corrective action plans Train team members and ensure continuous skill upgrades Work closely with Production and Quality Assurance teams to maintain consistency in product quality Prepare for and handle pre-dispatch and stage inspections Drive continual improvement in inspection processes and testing procedures Key Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing Inspection of LT Cables preferably Railway Signalling Control Instrumentation Power Cables Strong knowledge of relevant standards IS 694 IS 1554 IS 7098 IEC 60228 and Railway specs IRS S-63 IRS S-76 etc Proven experience in handling customer inspections independently Team management skills and ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians Robust communication documentation and coordination skills Degree Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline What We Offer Leadership position in a reputed and growing cable manufacturing company Competitive salary with performance-linked benefits Opportunity to work with key institutional clients and government bodies Professional growth with a technically strong and experienced team If interested kindly contact HR Nivedita -(phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 110 000 00 per month Work Location In person
