Roles and Responsibilities 1 Site Supervision Supervise and monitor all interior works at the site to ensure timely execution Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure the smooth functioning of site operations Ensure all work is carried out as per design drawings specifications and quality standards 2 Coordination Communication Act as a liaison between the design team contractors vendors and clients Coordinate with subcontractors carpenters electricians plumbers painters etc to ensure timely and quality execution Communicate design changes or instructions clearly to the site workers 3 Quality Control Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of quality Conduct regular quality checks for finishes materials and workmanship Identify and report defects and ensure timely rectification 4 Material Management Monitor the delivery and use of materials on site Maintain stock levels and prevent material wastage or theft Raise material requisitions in advance based on project needs 5 Progress Monitoring Reporting Track work progress as per the project schedule Prepare daily weekly progress reports and update the project manager or client Report delays issues or bottlenecks promptly and suggest possible solutions 6 Safety Compliance Ensure the site adheres to safety regulations and best practices Monitor workers adherence to safety guidelines and use of PPE Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations 7 Drawing Document Handling Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings accurately Ensure the latest drawings are being followed at the site Maintain site documentation such as site instructions daily logs and inspection reports 8 Vendor Labor Management Supervise skilled and unskilled labor and ensure proper allocation of tasks Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors for specialized installations false ceiling modular furniture glass etc Verify labor attendance and report to HR Admin 9 Snagging and Handover Conduct snagging and ensure rectifications before handover Assist in the final handover of the project to the client including walkthroughs and documentation Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or a related field preferred Proven experience in site supervision for interior projects residential commercial Ability to read technical drawings and implement them on-site Solid leadership problem-solving and communication skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office and project tracking tools Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
