Job Purpose To manage analyze and report operational data to support management decision-making in a manufacturing environment The MIS Executive ensures accurate and timely reporting on production inventory procurement quality and other critical KPIs Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and update daily weekly and monthly MIS reports related to Production output Inventory levels raw material WIP finished goods Machine utilization and downtime Quality control and rejections Procurement and material planning Coordinate with production stores quality and procurement departments to gather accurate data Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators KPIs for manufacturing performance Automate reporting processes using Excel Power Query or other tools to improve efficiency and accuracy Maintain master data for products raw materials BOMs and other operational details Generate dashboards and visual reports for management using Excel Power BI Google Sheets Assist in data analysis for cost control wastage analysis and process improvement initiatives Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports Support audits and compliance reporting related to production and inventory Provide ad-hoc reports to management as and when required Key Skills Competencies Strong proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Knowledge of ERP systems SAP Tally etc used in manufacturing Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operational data Analytical thinking and attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Educational Qualification Graduate in Commerce Science Engineering IT Preferred Diploma or certification in Data Analytics MIS or related field Experience 2 to 5 years of experience as MIS Executive or Data Analyst in a manufacturing or industrial workplace Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
