Job Summary The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care assisting doctors during treatments and procedures maintaining patient records and ensuring adherence to hospital standards and protocols Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and doctor s instructions Administer medications injections and IV fluids accurately and on time Monitor patient conditions vital signs and promptly report any changes to the doctor Assist in diagnostic tests procedures and operations Maintain accurate patient records reports and documentation Ensure proper infection control practices and cleanliness in the ward Educate patients and their families regarding health care treatment and post-discharge instructions Handle emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism Cooperate with hospital staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department Requirements GNM B Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution Valid nursing registration license with the State Nursing Council Minimum X years of experience as a Staff Nurse freshers can also apply depending on hospital policy Strong clinical skills with knowledge of nursing protocols and hospital procedures Good communication empathy and interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
