Company Description Company Overview At MSX International we ve been partnering with le ading automotive companies for over 25 years helping them enhance their retail strategies and streamline operations Our expertise in areas like dealer performance repair optimization and consumer engagement positions us as a trusted partner in the evolving mobility industry Purpose of the role Deliver engaging high quality technical training programs to ensure that technicians and team members develop the skills and knowledge necessary to diagnose repair and service vehicles including EVs correctly and efficiently Design plan and execute both customer facing dealer and internal technical training sessions covering product systems diagnostics repair procedures and new technologies Support the onboarding and continuous development of current team members through structured induction programs competence assessments and personalized development plans Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure programs reflect the latest OEM standards products and diagnostic tools contributing to business KPIs and service excellence Plan design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs in class virtual and hands on for dealer technicians and internal team members Develop and maintain engaging training materials tailored to audience levels presentations videos manuals demonstrations exercises assessments and e learning content Coordinate new technician onboarding programs define learning paths organize schedules assess technical competence and track progress with the Team Leader Conduct regular competence evaluations to ensure all trainees meet required technical and behavioral standards identify knowledge or performance gaps and define corrective actions Create and maintain training documentation including course outlines assessments attendance records and evaluation reports to ensure compliance with audit and SLA requirements Collaborate with Product Engineers Warranty and Technical Support teams to ensure technical content accuracy and integration of the latest model and product updates Qualifications Technical Skills Ability to read interpret and explain mechanical drawings wiring diagrams and electrical schematics Competence in diagnostic equipment use fault finding and technical problem solving procedures Expertise in training development tools and presentation software PowerPoint video audio editing LMS publishing tools Training design creation of structured materials exercises assessments and evaluation frameworks Competence in data tracking and KPI reporting to monitor learner progress and training effectiveness Classroom and workshop management safety organization logistics and hands on demonstration execution Additional Information Budget responsibility team size direct reports legal financial responsibility MSX International has been a trusted partner to leading automotive OEMs and mobility companies worldwide providing strategic support to transform retail operations With a strong foundation built on Dealer Performance Improvement Repair Optimization and Consumer Engagement we empower businesses by integrating people processes and technology to drive measurable success As the mobility industry undergoes rapid transformation MSX International stands as a catalyst for innovation equipping clients with cutting-edge tools and deep industry expertise to navigate evolving market dynamics MSX International remains the go-to partner for leading automotive OEMs offering innovative research-driven strategies to elevate retail operations and accelerate business growth
