About Us Taradevi s Enclave is promoted by a set of investors first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals bankers Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of 40 lac sq ft We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi s Enclave being one of them We are building team across verticals and levels in accordance with these targets Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and disciplined Security Guard with a minimum of 2-3 years experience to join our team Preference will be given to candidates who are retired police army or other armed forces personnel Key Responsibilities Proven track record in security and safety management Maintain a secure setting by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas regularly Control access points to prevent unauthorized entry Conduct routine inspections of premises to detect and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards Respond promptly and effectively to alarms emergencies and incidents Enforce company policies and security protocols consistently and professionally Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and logs Assist visitors and employees while ensuring adherence to security guidelines Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay updated on safety procedures Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security services Preference for retired police army or other armed forces personnel Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods Basic computer skills for reporting and communication preferred What We Offer PF ESI benefits Opportunities for professional growth and training Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Education Secondary 10th Pass Required Experience Security guard 2 years Required Work Location In person
