Biitcode is urgently hiring a Sr Design Engineer for our reputed client in the Industrial Automation Material Handling Equipment Special Purpose Machines SPM Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering industry located in Pune Position Sr Design Engineer Location Khed Shivapur Pune Requisites Diploma BE B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Robust knowledge of mechanical components and manufacturing processes Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of Special Purpose Machines SPM Welding Automation Logistics Process Automation Conveyor Systems including bulk conveyors and Material Handling Equipment using Autodesk Inventor AutoCAD with strong skills in 2D 3D modeling Hands-on experience in end-to-end design and detailing for automation systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Design and develop complex systems for Special purpose machines Bulk and unit material handling systems Conveyor systems belt roller screw etc Welding and logistics automation solutions Create detailed 3D models assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Prepare layouts GA drawings fabrication drawings and BOMs Ensure that designs meet mechanical strength operational safety and client-specific requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing controls procurement and installation Drive continuous improvement and cost-optimization in design standards and practices Support on-site installations testing and commissioning when required Job Type Full-time Pay 500 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
