About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process provide course-related information and support them in making informed decisions about their education and career goals Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach out to prospective students and parents Counsel students and parents on various courses eligibility career paths and admission procedures Maintain in-depth knowledge of all programs offered by the institute and keep updated with new offerings Follow up with leads generated through online and offline campaigns to convert them into admissions Schedule and conduct campus visits webinars or counselling sessions Maintain accurate records of enquiries follow-ups and conversions in the CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets Coordinate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns and events Build and nurture relationships with students to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any discipline Master s preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages Strong convincing and presentation skills Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work under targets and deadlines Friendly patient and approachable personality Preferred Skills Prior experience in counselling tele-calling or student recruitment is a plus Knowledge of education industry trends and career opportunities What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Training and growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work workplace Opportunity to impact students career journeys Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 19 500 00 per month Work Location In person
