Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our design team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings walkthroughs and animations for architectural interior and product design presentations You will work closely with architects designers and project managers to bring concepts to life and help communicate design ideas visually to clients and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Develop photorealistic 3D renderings stills and animations for interior exterior and landscape views Understand architectural drawings sketches and concepts to create accurate and aesthetic visual outputs Work closely with the design team to interpret concepts and convert them into detailed visuals Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Model architecture and interior spaces in 3ds Max SketchUp Blender or similar tools Use rendering engines such as V-Ray Corona Lumion or Enscape to produce realistic outputs Post-process rendered images using Adobe Photoshop or similar software Collaborate on design iterations and actively contribute visual solutions during design development Keep up-to-date with industry trends tools and techniques to enhance visual output Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in 3D software AutoCad 3ds Max SketchUp Revit Blender or similar Rendering expertise in V-Ray Corona Lumion Enscape or equivalent Solid working knowledge of Photoshop Illustrator or other post-production tools Ability to model from CAD drawings or PDF layouts Strong eye for aesthetics composition lighting and materials Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Degree Diploma in Architecture Interior Design 3D Design or related field Prior experience in architectural visualization or similar industry Knowledge of video editing or animation After Effects Premiere Pro is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
