- Account Executive Male Female Married Company Indo Automotive Batteries Pvt Ltd Industry Automotive Manufacturing Location Bavdhan Pune Experience Required 2-4 Years Joining Immediate Gender Preference Open to all suitable candidates Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting within the automotive or manufacturing industry and should be proficient in handling daily financial transactions maintaining ledgers and assisting in monthly closings Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare and process invoices payments and receipts Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations Support in GST TDS and other statutory compliance Help with monthly closing and financial reporting Coordinate with internal departments for billing and collections Maintain documentation for audits and financial reviews Work with advanced Excel Tally or accounting software Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field 2-4 years of accounting experience preferably in automotive manufacturing Knowledge of Tally ERP Zoho Books Busy or similar software Strong understanding of GST TDS and basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets Good communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Immediate joiners preferred Job Type Full time Pay 15 312 94 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
