Job Summary The QA QC Executive at Sweet Karam Coffee will support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to ensure the safety consistency and quality of food products across our production and warehouse operations This role involves monitoring quality parameters assisting in audits and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements at third-party manufacturing units The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of food safety practices and have hands-on experience in QA QC operations within the food industry Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Control AssuranceConduct routine checks for raw materials in-process products and finished goods Perform routine checks on the production process hygiene practices maintained by the third-party facility Assist in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and HACCP requirements Monitor sanitation hygiene and pest control practices within the facility Ensure proper documentation of the processes Report and segregate non-conforming products for corrective actions 2 Food Safety ComplianceAssist in maintaining compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations Support internal audits FSSAI ISO FSSC 22000 Participate in training and awareness programs on food safety 3 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily records test reports and checklists Assist in preparing reports on quality trends deviations and corrective actions Support customer complaint investigation and follow-up actions 4 Continuous ImprovementShare observations and suggestions for process improvements Stay updated on basic food safety practices and quality standards Key Requirements B Tech B Sc M Sc in Food Technology Microbiology Biotechnology or related fields Preferred Male Candidates 2 years of experience in QA QC within the food snacks sweets industry Knowledge of HACCP GMP and FSSAI regulations Hands-on experience with in-process Quality checks audits and documentation Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
