About the Role We are seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect to spearhead the design development and implementation of sophisticated cloud-based digital platforms and data solutions for our most strategic clients As a trusted advisor you will play a pivotal leadership role in guiding organizations through data modernization cloud transformation and AI ML adoption journeys This position requires not only deep technical expertise across AWS Azure GCP and OCI but also the ability to influence business and IT leaders foster client confidence and drive measurable transformation This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about shaping enterprise-wide data strategies driving innovation through GenAI LLMs and automation and ensuring successful delivery of complex cross-industry programs Key Responsibilities 1 Solution Design Technical Leadership Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of large-scale enterprise-grade data ecosystems including Data Lakes Data Warehouses and Data Mesh Architectures Real-time and batch data pipelines for ingestion transformation and consumption Cloud-native data platforms with high availability scalability and security Establish reference architectures design patterns and best practices for data engineering analytics and AI integration Provide technical governance across solution design build and deployment phases to ensure quality and consistency 2 Client Engagement Pre-Sales Enablement Partner with CxOs business stakeholders and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities and business challenges Translate business needs into actionable architecture blueprints and articulate the value of contemporary data solutions Support pre-sales activities including RFP RFI responses solution proposals and cost models Presentations workshops and executive-level discussions Hands-on demonstrations and proof-of-concepts 3 Data Strategy Modernization Drive data modernization programs helping clients adopt Cloud-native services Fabric Purview BigQuery Redshift Databricks Snowflake etc Big data frameworks Spark Kafka Flink GenAI LLM capabilities for intelligent insights natural language interaction and automation Develop roadmaps for data governance compliance and security aligned with regulatory and industry standards Advise clients on data monetization strategies embedding analytics and AI into core business processes 4 Industry Expertise Innovation Apply domain expertise to design tailored data strategies for industries such as Banking Financial Services BFSI Regulatory compliance fraud detection and customer analytics Retail E-commerce Personalization demand forecasting and supply chain optimization Manufacturing Supply Chain Smart factories IoT edge integration and predictive maintenance Evangelize emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and hyper-intelligent automation ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve 5 Leadership Mentorship Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams architects engineers data scientists Build a culture of innovation continuous learning and excellence within project teams Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered on-time within budget and exceeding client expectations Requirements Required Qualifications Skills Experience 10 years in IT with at least 5 years in data architecture and solution architecture leadership roles Cloud Expertise Deep hands-on experience across AWS Azure GCP and OCI Specific expertise in Azure Microsoft Fabric Data Lake Data Factory Power BI Purview Copilot GCP BigQuery Vertex AI Gemini AWS S3 Glue Redshift EMR Lake Formation OCI Autonomous Data Warehouse Goldengate Data Flow AI ML Integration Strong knowledge of embedding AI ML models GenAI and LLMs into data pipelines and platforms Leadership Exceptional communication presentation and executive engagement skills Ability to lead large teams and influence client stakeholders Problem-Solving Strategic mindset with proven experience designing complex multi-cloud solutions Education Bachelor s or master s in computer science Engineering or related field Preferred Qualifications Certifications Cloud architecture certifications across AWS Azure GCP and OCI Industry Knowledge Experience delivering solutions in regulated industries banking healthcare government Emerging Tech Familiarity with Agentic AI automation frameworks and advanced data governance platforms Thought Leadership Experience in publishing whitepapers speaking at conferences or contributing to open-source initiatives
