Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed Bill of Materials BOM for each design style Create and maintain costing sheets for accurate price estimation and margin analysis Coordinate with design sourcing and production teams to ensure accurate material planning and consumption tracking Monitor daily production activities on the manufacturing line for infant kids hosiery garments Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials as per the BOM Analyze material usage vs standard consumption and highlight variances Maintain Excel-based MIS reports on costing production and inventory Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines Liaise with vendors for rate negotiation and material follow-up Ensure adherence to quality standards at all levels of production Requirements Key Skills Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in hosiery manufacturing especially baby suits or kids wear Robust expertise in preparing BOMs and cost sheets Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables formulas etc Sound understanding of garment production processes fabric consumption and trims accessories Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Knowledge of ERP systems preferred but not mandatory Benefits As per industry
